Urban Renaissance Center (URC) is located in the central core of Flint's Civic Park neighborhood and historic district. A funded project of the Ruth Mott Foundation of Flint, URC stands at the vanguard of community revitalization in North Flint, deploying innovative strategies for building community resilience and vitality in hardest hit and economically distressed communities.
