The Rebounding Force Work-Readiness Program provides temporary employment to at-risk, under-educated, and chronically unemployed young men, while providing them with the necessary mentorship, soft-skills training, and education to obtain and sustain gainful employment. Through Rebounding Force, Urban Renaissance Center program staff conduct a detailed assessment of participant needs, identifying barriers that prevent them from achieving self-sufficiency while helping them access resources to address needs.
The program is offered on an ongoing basis through the use of paid cohorts. Each cohort lasts 12-weeks, 25-hours per week and consists of four main elements:
